|- Within 15 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued.
- The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

|How to Make Your Return
|① Email us: service@missord, attach your order number and pictures or videos of your problem(s).
② Tell us the reason for your return or describe the issue accordingly.
③ We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
④ If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
|Kind Reminder Before Returning
|- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Please be sure to contact us before returning.
- Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning matches your return request. Do not include additional item(s) not listed.
|- Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to our return center. Once the returned parcel is reached the return center, We will issue a refund to your original payment method (or other refund methods you agree to) within one week.
Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.
|Late or Missing Refunds
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
-Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
|- All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
|-We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
-If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
-We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
